Brainstorming and Brainsporting

After a few busy weeks of nonstop all gas no brakes, this past week was a very restful yet still productive week in regards to photos and final product ideas. I was able to take my downtime to sit and think about my final product a little bit more while also doing a little bit of research for the pricing of books and websites. I have come to the conclusion that a collection set of photo books will exceed my budget limits significantly whereas one large book would be a lot cheaper. So, I think I will combine the hours I’ve already spent on my currently published website and start working on individual sports portfolios to combine into one book. The sports will progress as they would during an academic year, from fall to summer. Football to soccer, and everything in between. As much as I like this idea, I will always look back on this experience and wish I would’ve done individual books, but it’s just too expensive to make separate ones. I think one really big book of photos will still be cool and I will still meet my hour requirement and gain skills when looking through all of my past photos from the last 2 years. I will run this idea by Marcia this week during our visit to see what she thinks. I am also starting to attend several more sporting events as the winter seasons go into full swing, such as basketball and soccer.
